What you receive

GrantCashFlow is an online software subscription for grant discovery, AI-assisted drafting and scoring, deadline tracking, document organization, and proposal export. We deliver access through your account, not a physical shipment or a downloadable software license.

Activation and delivery timing

Your free trial starts when you finish organization setup. Paid access is activated after successful checkout and confirmation from the payment provider, normally within a few minutes. Sign in with the account used for your purchase and open your dashboard. A checkout confirmation alone does not mean a payment has settled.

If your paid plan is not available after 30 minutes, email contact@grantcashflow.com with your account email and order reference. Please do not place another order to resolve an access problem. For non-delivery or service problems, see our refund policy.

System requirements and limits

You need an internet connection, an email address, and a current browser with JavaScript and essential authentication cookies enabled. DOCX exports require a compatible document editor; PDF export uses your browser's print-to-PDF facility. AI processing uses supported text content; uploading a PDF does not currently make its contents readable by the AI.

Trial and paid usage limits are listed on the pricing page. Grant listings, AI services, and other third-party services may be temporarily unavailable. Review funder requirements and all generated content yourself before submitting through the funder's official process.

Cancellation and access

Canceling renewal keeps paid access available until the end of the paid billing period unless the purchase is refunded. Export documents you need before your access ends. Canceling billing does not itself delete your account; contact us separately for account or personal-data deletion.
