Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrantCashFlow AI (“GrantCashFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) available at grantcashflow.ai and related domains (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GrantCashFlow is an AI-powered grant writing and management platform designed for nonprofit organizations. Our Service includes:

  • AI-powered grant discovery and matching
  • AI-assisted grant proposal generation based on user-provided information
  • Grant deadline tracking and calendar management
  • Document storage and management
  • Team collaboration features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password confidential and be responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

GrantCashFlow offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change our fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

GrantCashFlow uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate grant proposal drafts based on information you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is a starting point and requires human review before submission.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated proposals will result in grant awards.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated content before submitting it to any grant-making organization.
  • AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. You should independently verify all factual claims, budget figures, and compliance requirements.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content, including rejected applications, missed deadlines, or funding decisions.

6. User Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you upload to or create within the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our express permission.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by GrantCashFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and product names are trademarks of GrantCashFlow. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrantCashFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or costs of procurement of substitute services, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GrantCashFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrantCashFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you the opportunity to export your data within 30 days of termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
